About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Level/VP Leasing Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding tenants for a large portfolio of Class A commercial office buildings, with a primary focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue. This role involves representing institutional office landlords in all leasing functions, from engaging with lease prospects to overseeing the entire leasing process. The Senior Level/VP Leasing Agent will also be tasked with evaluating and tracking office market statistics, providing market trend advice to landlords, and fostering relationships with property owners, brokers, and tenants. The position requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to the company's values. Applicants must have a BS, BA, or BBA degree, a minimum of 3 years' experience in leasing institutional commercial office space, and a Texas Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one). The role demands a candidate with strong financial, technical, and personal skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, excellent writing and editing abilities, attention to detail, and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach. Previous experience in finance or as an analyst is helpful. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, honest, and forthright, with a proven track record in commercial real estate leasing.
