About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth execution of high-level administrative, project management, and coordination functions across the Executive Office. This role involves serving as a key liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely decision-making, clear communication, and effective follow-through. The Deputy Chief of Staff will also oversee executive scheduling, cross-departmental coordination, and senior team alignment, and will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the Deputy CEO's Office with professionalism and discretion.

Applicants for the Deputy Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
