Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 15-20 years of related work experience, with at least 7 years in a management role. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a technical degree being a strong plus. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have exceptional influence skills, be highly organized, and process-oriented, with a strong background in project management.
