About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. This pivotal role is focused on driving the successful implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for aligning and engaging stakeholders, overseeing change management, and supporting the ED in decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a global mindset, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the mission and values of the organization.

Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 15-20 years of related work experience, with at least 7 years in a management role. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a technical degree being a strong plus. The role demands a leader with a global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and a track record of success in complex, multicultural environments. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have exceptional influence skills, be highly organized, and process-oriented, with a strong background in project management. The successful candidate will be a proactive, technologically savvy individual, committed to continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. A Master's or advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or finance is preferred but not required.
