About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This pivotal role requires a global mindset, cultural sensitivity, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in change management, process improvement, and performance accountability, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of and commitment to the company's mission.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 15-20 years' of related work experience, with at least 7 years' in a management role. The role demands a leader with exceptional influence skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive organizational change and innovation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and technologically savvy, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a technical degree being a strong plus, and an advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or finance is preferred. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to travel domestically and internationally, and to have a strong background in mentoring and developing professional staff.
