About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Global Client Development Leader to spearhead the growth of client-centric strategies and manage complex client relationships on a global scale. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global business dynamics, capable of leading the Client Development Team to drive client centricity, and foster strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's strategic objectives and growth targets, requiring a candidate with a proven track record in management consulting or professional services, particularly in a senior client-facing account management role focused on global accounts.
Key responsibilities for this position include leading and maturing the Client Account Management program, promoting a culture of client centricity, and driving the standardization of best practices for client account management across all regions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the field, with a strong background in developing and executing global account strategies to drive revenue growth. They should possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and be adept at influencing and building consensus with senior stakeholders. A data-driven approach to decision-making, proficiency in CRM software, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed are also essential. A Master's degree, such as an MBA, is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate a high level of intelligence, business acumen, and a growth mindset.
