About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Marketing for North America to lead the strategic and results-driven acceleration of its business in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and planning, with a focus on developing a comprehensive B2B marketing approach to acquire and retain customers. This senior leadership role demands a proactive, creative, and data-focused leader who can drive performance marketing, manage both online and offline campaigns, oversee local product launches, and optimize CRM strategy. The VP, Marketing will work closely with the commercial and strategy teams, and is expected to have a strong background in scaled B2B growth, with a proven track record in both online and offline marketing channels.

Applicants for the VP, Marketing role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 20 years in marketing, particularly in the B2B sector. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
