About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Philanthropy and Communications to lead the creation and implementation of a large-scale, multi-year comprehensive campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of fundraising activities, as well as overseeing communication efforts to secure financial support and foster strong relationships with donors and key stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with the executive leadership team, including the President, Board of Directors, and Campaign Cabinet, and requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, particularly in securing seven-figure gifts and managing high-level donor relationships.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a Masters degree being a plus, and a minimum of 10 years' of nonprofit fundraising experience, including at least 3 years' in leadership roles. The role demands a candidate with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a strong commitment to ethical fundraising practices and culturally relevant engagement, particularly with Tribal Members and Communities. The SVP will be expected to lead a team, provide vision and leadership through professional development, and ensure the effective use of CRM and data management tools.
