is seeking an elite

Chief Operating Officer

to partner with our Principal/Owners and lead everything in the firm

except

the practice of law. This is a high-impact executive role for a proven leader who thrives on scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and cultivating a winning culture.

What You’ll Own You will oversee

all

operational functions of the firm, including: Strategic Planning & Execution

– Drive initiatives from concept to measurable results Financial Management

– Oversee budgets, cash flow forecasting, and vendor relationships (bookkeeping, accounting, technology) Systems & Process Optimization

– Build systems that run the business, and empower people to run the systems People Leadership

– Recruit, develop, engage, and hold accountable a high-performing team Operational Oversight

– Ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistent delivery of a stellar client experience Qualifications:

15+ team members

financial reporting
