Corporate Attorney

Job Overview: A respected law firm based in Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong foundation in corporate law to step into an established practice handling a wide array of business clients. This role involves managing a thriving portfolio of clients inherited from a retiring partner and expanding the practice through continued excellence in client service and business development. The ideal candidate will possess sharp legal insight, strong client engagement skills, and a proactive approach to corporate advisory work.
