Job Responsibilities
· Partner with department heads and team leads to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and overseeing onboarding and offboarding.
· Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support recruitment initiatives, branding, and talent pipeline building.
· Manage employee relations matters, including performance improvement, grievance handling, disciplinary issues, and engagement activities.
· Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication, engagement, and performance.
· Support staff engagement activities, including facilitation and documentation.
· Assist in performance management processes and reviews.
· Participate in HR system implementation, testing, and improvements.
· Contribute to HR-related projects, surveys, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline with relevant HR experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Positive attitude with adaptability to organizational culture.
· Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) will be an advantage.
