About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the People & Culture leadership, responsible for the design, development, and execution of the company's global total rewards strategy. This includes all levels of compensation, rewards, benefits, HRIS, and analytics on a global scale. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in managing total rewards programs, particularly in large, complex, global organizations. The VP will be tasked with ensuring that the company's programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities for the VP, Total Rewards include leading a comprehensive global strategy that encompasses executive and broad-based compensation, incentive and equity programs, and benefits plans. The role also involves partnering with senior executives to manage executive and Board compensation, overseeing annual compensation planning, and designing innovative recognition and reward programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, experience in HRIS leadership, and a strong background in driving HR digital transformation. They should be adept at leading and developing high-performing teams, possess strong analytical and financial skills, and have a strategic mindset.
