The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Total Rewards to spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of its global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring that the total rewards programs align with business growth, talent strategy, and organizational performance across all regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy, managing executive compensation recommendations, and overseeing the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with the Board's Compensation Committee, the executive team, and business leaders to ensure that the programs are competitive, compliant, and support the company's cultural values. Applicants for the Global VP of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' experience in total rewards, with a strong background in equity programs, executive compensation, and international benefits strategy. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of working with Boards and Compensation Committees in a public company setting, and experience in scaling total rewards programs globally, particularly in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will be financially savvy, with excellent modeling, data analysis, and storytelling capabilities, and will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A hands-on, pragmatic approach to building programs in dynamic environments, as well as the ability to lead a high-performing team, is essential.
