About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Total Rewards to join their HR Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the global development, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in total rewards, capable of driving innovation in rewards strategy and leading communications on the value of total rewards. The VP will ensure that all programs are competitive, sustainable, and compliant, and have a significant impact on the organization's performance. Key responsibilities include leading the design and advancement of global benefits programs, leading HR teams in the communication of total rewards, and partnering with senior leadership to define the total rewards philosophy and strategy.
Applicants for the VP, Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in HR, with a focus on total rewards, and at least 5 years' of management experience. A Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global compensation or benefits leadership, advanced knowledge of executive compensation programs, and strong analytical and financial skills.
