About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Dean of Nursing to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the BSN program, working closely with the Dean to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and program quality. Key responsibilities include supporting curriculum development and implementation to meet accreditation standards, monitoring emerging trends in nursing education, and ensuring faculty and student success initiatives are in place. The role also involves fostering partnerships with healthcare organizations and the community, as well as contributing to strategic and operational support for the program.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Doctorate, and a current, unencumbered RN license. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in nursing education, clinical practice, or administration is required, with at least 2-3 years' of teaching experience at the baccalaureate level preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and program administration, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
