What You Will Be Doing

• Craft Transformative Learning Experiences: Develop and facilitate dynamic workshops that expand students' capabilities and confidence across domains like public speaking, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative problem-solving.
• Ignite Daily Purpose: Kickstart each morning with powerful goal-setting sessions that establish momentum and cultivate achievement mindsets.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Conventional Instruction: You won't be standing at the front of silent rows delivering one-size-fits-all lessons. Our students progress through core subjects via state-of-the-art adaptive learning platforms—your mission is to coach, inspire, and elevate their learning journey.
• Punitive Discipline: We've abandoned the outdated punishment model. Instead, you'll cultivate a culture of respect and engagement through logical consequences and positive reinforcement techniques.
  

Consultant Key Responsibilities
Basic Requirements

• Commitment to working on-site at our Brownsville, Texas campus (relocation assistance provided)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Demonstrated history of applying growth mindset principles to achieve exceptional results
• Abundant enthusiasm and genuine passion for elevating others
• Authentic drive to connect with, inspire, and motivate elementary and middle school students (K-8)
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
