The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 24 months of current medical-surgical nursing experience. This position requires proficiency in caring for surgical, orthopedic, and neuro medical/surgical patients, alongside the ability to read telemetry strips and manage NIHSS assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on medical-surgical units.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care.- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
