Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Associate will assist with Pre-Employment Screening, Background and Drug testing for external and internal candidates across ACE. This includes daily monitoring of all candidates while in the background process throughout the day.
Job Duties
Pre-Employment Background and Drug Testing Oversight: Oversee pre-employment background checks for candidates across multiple states, ensuring meticulous and continuous oversight. Candidate Communication and Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Serving as the primary touchpoint for candidates during this hiring phase, employ exceptional verbal and written communication skills while closely collaborating with business unit leaders and the recruiting team. Compliance and Data Confidentiality: Adhere to confidentiality requirements, safeguarding sensitive data with utmost discretion, while ensuring our background check and adverse action procedures are followed to comply with local and state regulations. Platform Management: Engage daily with multiple HR platforms such as Workday, third party Background Administrator site, and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, to efficiently complete and monitor tasks. Talent Acquisition Operations Support: Contribute to multiple components of the Talent Acquisition operation to ensure consistency and efficiency, covering pre-employment assessments, relocation program, front desk responsibilities, budget oversight, service requests and inventory procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years Talent acquisition or related H.R. or business experience. Preferred Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and clear information exchange. (High proficiency) Organizational skills: Solid organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail. (High proficiency) Service Excellence: A commitment to service excellence, marked by a proactive approach to meeting the needs of candidates and the team. (High proficiency) Reliability: Consistent reliability, emphasizing the importance of meeting commitments and deadlines. Work is closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed directions. Provides resolution to problems that are readily identifiable with limited scope and are resolved in accordance with standard practices, procedures, applications or routines. Problem/Task resolution timeframe: The majority of tasks typically take one to two days to resolve. Under general supervision, proceeds alone for regular duties, referring questionable cases to supervisor. Individual Contributor Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments or recommendations would normally have serious results and may require substantial expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve goals. Contacts are frequently inter-organizational and outside customer/vendor interactions. Part of a team who represents the organization. Monitors activities and communicates information across the organization The starting pay range for this position is: $26.22 - $34.93 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. .
