IP Prosecution and Litigation Attorney - Technology
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a patent associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Washington, DC office. The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k.
Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in
both
patent prosecution and IP litigation. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines [graduate degree and/or industry experience is preferred]. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. Admission to practice before the USPTO. Excellent writing and verbal communication as well as strong analytical skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Seniority level
