We are looking for someone with relevant experience and demonstrated success who understands the value of being part of a highly regarded brand while partnering with the most sought-after clients in the region. Responsibilities : Source and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking. Uncover temporary staffing needs within current client accounts and capitalize on established relationships to secure new business. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored staffing solutions. Work closely with recruiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of qualified temporary staff. Meet and exceed sales goals, including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention metrics. Present staffing proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with new and existing clients. Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights to clients. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated, relevant recruitment experience. 5-10 years of successful agency recruiting experience, preferably within the Financial Services sector cutting across functions in middle and back-office predominantly on the Temporary Staffing side. A strong will to win, a highly competitive mindset, open communicator and a willingness to work hard to generate results. Workflow management skills – ability to effectively utilize CRM systems and databases. Customer centric orientation, good attitude, strong financial motivation, flexible mindset and desire to have fun.
