The Accounting Senior Manager will lead technical accounting, global consolidations, ERP integration, and financial process automation. This role is highly visible and strategic, playing a vital part in an ambitious finance transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities: Lead M&A accounting and global GAAP consolidations Serve as SME for technical accounting issues Manage policy alignment across geographies and business units Drive automation and efficiency initiatives using SQL, Power BI, and Excel Guide shared staff/senior accountants in a matrixed environment Qualifications: CPA required 8+ years combined experience in Big 4 and corporate accounting Deep technical expertise in GAAP, M&A, and global consolidation Hands-on experience with ERP (Infor preferred), Power BI, and Excel Strong communicator, analytical thinker, and comfortable in flat organizations Office-first with flexibility (~1–2 days WFH per week) CFO maintains open-door policy; transparency and speed valued High-trust team structure with accountability and autonomy Culture of efficiency, directness, and collaboration Track to Director-level promotion within 12–18 months Leadership team committed to modernizing systems and developing future executives Seniority level
