Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution. Provide product and service information to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records. Assist in managing customer accounts and tracking orders., Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
