Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Dispatcher to join their client's team in Minnesota. The successful candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role involves coordinating dispatch operations to facilitate efficient communication between clients, field staff, and internal teams. Responsibilities Reception Duties:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed. Dispatch Duties: Receive and process service requests via phone, email, or internal systems. Assign and dispatch field personnel based on availability, location, and urgency. Monitor job progress and update clients and internal teams accordingly. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service calls. Communicate effectively with technicians, drivers, and other staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
