You will oversee care planning, team performance, and program compliance to ensure high-quality, family-driven services.Lead and supervise FIT Clinicians and Outreach Workers through individual, dyadic, and group supervisionProvide weekly team supervision with consulting psychiatrists and behavioral analystsMonitor and sign off on assessments, CANS, CRAFFT, and treatment plansConduct case reviews every 30 days for enrolled youthSupport training needs including crisis intervention and evidence-based practicesRespond to supervisory on-call needs and provide support during family crisesCollaborate with providers, agencies, and community partners to coordinate services and plan dischargesEnsure staff compliance with documentation, deadlines, and program standardsProvide direct service to youth and families as neededWho You AreMaster's degree in a mental health-related field requiredIndependent licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) requiredAt least 2 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health requiredMinimum 3 years of experience providing services to youth and familiesCertified in CANS-MA (or willing to certify upon hire)Skilled in clinical supervision, facilitation, and conflict resolutionProficient in technology, including electronic health records and documentation systemsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAble to manage flexible schedules and provide after-hours support as neededWe Hire for Purpose!Since 1938, BHN has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health services across Western Massachusetts.
