You'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, integrated, person-centered care that addresses behavioral health and social determinants of health.Provide supervision, clinical consultation, and training to staff across CSP, BHJI, RSN, and Care Management programsReview and approve assessments, care plans, safety plans, and dischargesSupport crisis management and help reduce hospitalizations and higher levels of careCollaborate with providers to ensure timely, effective, and coordinated servicesMonitor compliance, quality assurance, and documentation standardsParticipate in risk reviews, critical incident debriefs, and clinical risk committee meetingsGuide staff development and promote best practices in care management and integrated careWho You AreMaster's degree in a behavioral health field requiredIndependent licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent) requiredMinimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health, care management, or related services1-2 years of supervisory experience requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferredKnowledge of behavioral health, substance use, justice system, and integrated care best practicesStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsComfortable with electronic health records and technology systemsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWe Hire for Purpose!Since 1938, BHN has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health services across Western Massachusetts.
