Speech-Language Pathologist (2 Openings) District: Aurora, IL Grade Levels: K–5th Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 hours/week Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026 $57,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and credentials
Hourly: $46.27 - $56.82
About the Role:
AnthroMed Education, in collaboration with the Northwestern Illinois Association, is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to serve elementary-aged students in Aurora, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive environment where you will be surrounded by other SLPs and backed by NIA’s dedicated resources and team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades K–5 Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans Conduct evaluations and provide diagnostic services Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic communication goals Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Caseload Information:
Caseloads are currently being finalized and will be consistent with students' general education and special education student needs. The position is expected to involve a variety of speech-language disorders across mild to moderate severity levels. Qualifications:
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Valid IDFPR License School-based or pediatric experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
