Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: K-5 Elementary - Carol Stream, IL 60122

Dates: August 18th, 2025 – June 9th, 2026

Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Hourly: $51.14 - $53.57 AnthroMed Education is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services to a K-5 student population in Carol Stream, IL. This SLP will be delivering high-quality speech-language therapy in an engaging elementary school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and will thrive in a collaborative setting focused on student growth and development. Direct Therapy Services:

Provide speech-language pathology services to K-5 students in an elementary school setting. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' communication needs. Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices tailored for diverse, bilingual student populations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences as required. Collaborate with colleagues and follow district protocols to ensure a consistent and effective approach to student services.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and therapy outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and district guidelines.

Qualifications

Master’s in Speech Language Pathology. Illinois PEL & IDFPR Previous experience with Elementary students is preferred but not required. Additional Information

Work Schedule:

Full-time, onsite position with consistent daily hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Flexibility:

The school year may end the week before June 9th, 2026, depending on snow days.
