School Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary Level)
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Position Type: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week | Onsite Contract Dates: August 12, 2025 – June 1, 2026 Salary Range: $59,000 – $70,000 About the Role:
AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive elementary school team in Elk Grove Village for the 2025–2026 school year. This opportunity offers a balanced caseload, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a welcoming school community. Position Highlights:
Caseload of 35–40 students, elementary level Mixed caseload: speech/language delays, articulation, fluency, AAC, and more Collaborate with classroom teachers, social workers, and other related service providers Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and parent communication All services are delivered onsite 35-hour work week with a consistent, school-based schedule
Requirements:
Active Illinois Professional Educator License with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement Valid Illinois IDFPR SLP License Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills
