A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire a Finance Associate to join their Corporate Finance Group. This role will focus on accounting and financial operations for various entities within the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting and tasks related to invoicing, processing, and maintenance of accounts receivable transactions Ownership of external party invoicing, collections, and reporting process Prepare quarterly management fee and expense reimbursement invoices for portfolio companies Record revenue and expense reimbursements in the general ledger Monitor amounts billed vs. collected in real-time from portfolio companies and funds Ensure compliance with firm policies and contractual agreements regarding billing Assist in monitoring the allocation of spend across different funds and Business Units Assist with system improvements and IT initiatives Coordinate with international offices on financial reporting, audits, and annual close process Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel user Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with outside parties and personnel at all levels Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under tight deadlines Must be able to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Compensation:
Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000, Plus Bonus
