We seek an exceptional General Manager to lead operations at our prestigious nightclub venue, recognized as a premier destination in the luxury nightlife sector. This executive role demands a hospitality professional with proven expertise in managing high-end entertainment venues and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee comprehensive daily operations, including guest services, security protocols, and venue maintenance Implement operational procedures that maximize efficiency while maintaining luxury service standards Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless venue functionality during peak operations Manage inventory controls for premium spirits, champagne, and specialty beverage programs Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 40+ hospitality professionals across service, security, and support roles Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement targeted training programs Foster a culture of excellence that aligns with luxury hospitality standards Oversee recruitment and unloading processes for key positions Financial Performance Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing models and promotional initiatives Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to optimize profitability Manage operating budgets exceeding $8M annually with demonstrated cost control expertise Develop and execute strategies that consistently achieve 10-% year-over-year revenue increases Guest Experience Excellence Maintain exceptional service standards that exceed expectations of discerning clientele Develop VIP programs and exclusive experiences for high-value customers Handle escalated guest situations with diplomacy and solution-focused approaches Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service across all guest touch points Brand Management Uphold and enhance the venue's reputation as a premier luxury destination Collaborate with marketing teams on brand positioning and promotional strategies Maintain relationships with industry influencers, corporate clients, and VIP guests Ensure all operations reflect the sophisticated brand image and values

Required Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum 3 years

in senior management roles within luxury hospitality, nightlife, or high-end restaurant operations Proven track record

managing venues with annual revenues exceeding $8M Demonstrated success

in leading teams of 25+ employees in fast-paced environments Experience

with luxury service protocols and high-net-worth clientele management Core Competencies Leadership Excellence:

Advanced understanding of P&L management, cost controls, and revenue optimization strategies Crisis Management:
