About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, US Energy Practice Strategy & Growth (S&G) Leader. This pivotal role is focused on driving the growth of the energy practice by leading major pursuits and supporting client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans, leading the sales process for the practice's largest pursuits, and coaching sales staff. Key attributes for this position include the ability to manage and lead through influence, coordinate work across different regions and sectors, and demonstrate a proven track record in business development and sales strategy within the energy infrastructure sector.

Applicants for the Vice President, US Energy Practice Strategy & Growth (S&G) Leader position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 12 years' of extensive experience in energy infrastructure, with at least 4 years' in a leadership role. The role requires a tactical driver of sales with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the energy market, and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
