About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems to lead the architectural and strategic development of its commerce technology engine. This executive will be a key partner to the GTM C-suite, particularly the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, and will be responsible for shaping and executing the long-range vision of the GTM technology ecosystem. The role involves leading a large organization of business applications professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, and delivering transformational initiatives that directly impact core GTM metrics. The successful candidate will also be tasked with orchestrating the lead-to-cash lifecycle, governing strategic investments in the GTM technology portfolio, and mastering executive and vendor relationships to influence technology roadmaps in the company's favor.

Applicants for the VP of GTM Systems role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT applications or a related field, with a strong focus on GTM functions, and at least 8 years in senior leadership within a global environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating at an executive level as a strategic business partner within a B2B SaaS company, particularly during significant growth phases. Authoritative knowledge of the GTM technology ecosystem, including the Salesforce platform, and a strong curiosity for new technologies, especially AI, are essential. The role requires a leader with a history of linking technology strategy to commercial outcomes and the ability to articulate the business impact of initiatives to C-level executives. Experience in multiple GTM motions, organizational transformation, and an advanced degree such as an MBA are preferred.
