Nurses are responsible for coordinating and delivering care to patients with complex nursing care needs. The goal is to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience. Travelers must be willing and able to work in the trauma room as the bedside trauma RN. Ratio for patient care is 1:5. Cerner experience is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly desired.
