Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:45 - 17:15)Description:Days, 8hrs - VariableMonday - FridayPosition will be primarily Peds but candidate may flex to Adult Ortho or Adult Neuro as needed.Minimum 2 years exp required. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS.*BLS & NC state license required.*EPIC*Previous Peds experience required. Outpatient setting exp required.Large portion of peds caseload is birth to 5 yrs so MUST be profiicient with this age group.*AROM AAROM PROM, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Strength testing*Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long & Short Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Time Management*Gait belt & training*Cognitive disorders*Cerebral Palsy, Developmental delays, Early Intervention Programs, Individualized programs, Milestone assessment, Scoliosis, Spina bifida, Torticollis*Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury preventionLocated in rural community health setting. Rehab clinic consisting of PT/OT/ST services. Majority of dx are developmental delay, autism, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and genetic abnormalities. Experience with adult population would be a bonus to enable flexing when we have pediatric cancellations, but not required.
