Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Forecasting: Lead development of revenue and demand forecasts, working closely with commercial teams. Develop tools to analyze volume and pricing impacts.
- Strategic Support: Build financial models for investment decisions, customer proposals, and strategic initiatives. Identify risks and opportunities, contribute to pricing and business cases.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports, track strategic progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Financial Education: Support non-finance partners in understanding financial principles and promote a culture of informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
