Controls Engineers and Systems Developers . This is a chance to work on cutting-edge projects that bridge hardware, firmware, and software, helping drive the next wave of clean energy and automation. What You’ll Bring Experience designing and implementing motion, logic, or real-time control systems (PLCs, RTOS, or custom firmware) Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, IEC 61131, or related programming approaches Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, EtherCAT, CANopen, etc.) Hands-on background integrating with SCADA systems, inverters, and grid signals at the plant level Ability to bridge hardware, firmware, and software layers to ensure reliable operation at scale Where You’ll Work Opportunities are available nationwide, with key concentrations in Southern California and the Bay Area.
