KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, high-character kids through weekly, 45-minute developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class features unique science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches. At KidStrong, General Managers serve as dynamic leaders, inspiring growth and success. They are responsible for cultivating a culture of development and excellence, leading passionate coaches and engaging families. A strong GM delivers high sales and maintains low member attrition. Responsibilities:

Center Operations:

Understand KPIs and financials to make informed decisions. Build relationships with families to ensure excellent customer service. Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and branding. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the center. Manage weekly coaching schedules and ensure shift coverage. Schedule and promote events such as camps and parties to boost profitability. Support social media efforts with on-brand posts and respond to inquiries. Sales:

Manage leads effectively through CRM tools. Close sales and bookings from online sign-ups. Attend local events to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Leadership:

Foster a coaching culture and mentor staff. Oversee the Assistant GM and coaching team. Evaluate and develop coaching staff. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Lead staff meetings on development and productivity. Communicate professionally via Slack and email. Participate in weekly leadership meetings. Coaching:

Deliver curriculum focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development for children up to 11 years old. Understand and communicate the curriculum's "why". Implement programming and curriculum elements. Work physically in a dynamic environment, moving and lifting equipment. Ensure child safety and proper technique. Approximately 5-10 coaching hours per week. Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in coaching or working with children aged 15 months to 11 years; passion for working with kids is essential. Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians. Management experience is required. Proficiency with technology tools like Google platforms and CRM systems. Basic knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques. Core Competencies:
