to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this front-facing role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings Perform basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence Coordinate with internal departments as needed Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and efficient in fast-paced environments Additional Information
