Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Lead Specialist (BC/DR Specialist) is responsible for leading the development, testing and implementation of a business continuity plan to ensure resiliency of TRS operations in the event of accidents, disasters, emergencies or threats that disrupt normal System operations. Essential Functions

Lead the planning and implementation of the System’s business continuity program to facilitate the System’s response to business interruptions and incident responses. Maintain a test schedule to ensure the regular testing of all TRS Business Continuity Plan components. Collaborate with all TRS departments to identify key business operations, maintain current Business Impact Analysis (BIA) documents. Develop and provide training and presentations on business continuity plan awareness, policies and procedures. Plan, prepare and lead tabletop exercises that test the plans and procedures in place for a variety of disaster simulations. Assist the Information Technology team with disaster recovery objectives. Identify enterprise-wide Business Process Workflows and develop contingency plans. Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security. 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure or similar role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in disaster recovery planning and testing. 1 year project management experience required; 3 years preferred. Experience in use of project management tools. Strong oral and written communication skills. Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification preferred. Work Hours:
