Digital Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant

to provide end-to-end support in managing digital campaigns while handling executive and administrative tasks. This role requires strong marketing knowledge, analytical skills, and administrative efficiency to help streamline business operations. Core Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Support Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research for campaign strategy. Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and lead-generation funnels. Manage email marketing workflows, list segmentation, and performance tracking. Monitor trends and emerging tools in digital marketing to recommend best practices. Administrative Support Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications. Organize files, maintain databases, and update records for ongoing projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use. Handle correspondence, draft professional emails, and maintain task management systems. Provide support in client onboarding, invoicing, and follow-up communications. Coordinate between teams to ensure deadlines and priorities are met. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email tools, analytics). Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software). Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle confidential information. Preferred Skills (a plus, not required): WordPress or website management experience. Graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe, etc.). CRM or automation tool experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). What We Offer: Remote, flexible working hours.
