As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in delivering excellent customer service, leveraging your fandom knowledge to assist training new team members, and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include:
Providing an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing product knowledge and customer service skills Supporting store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and assisting when needed Opening and closing the store as required Processing sales transactions and promoting additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup Understanding sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT Assisting with store layout and merchandising updates Communicating fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ Maintaining store organization and stockroom cleanliness Contributing to a collaborative team environment Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Leader Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year retail experience Strong communication, time management, and operational skills At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Ability to handle merchandise, operate store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds Additional details:
