You will have a commendable record in leading talent acquisition teams, managing high-volume recruitment, and a deep understanding of innovative talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and improving candidate experiences.
This pivotal role goes beyond mere recruitment; you will significantly influence the workforce that fuels the company's innovation and global success. Your passion for attracting diverse high-quality talent will shine as you strive to create an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities will encompass acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, promoting operational excellence, and managing the global Talent Acquisition budget.
