Hot Topic We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets. Responsibilities include: Providing an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills. Supporting store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and assisting with leadership tasks when needed. Opening and closing the store as required. Handling sales transactions, promoting add-on sales, and managing register operations. Understanding sales goals and key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT. Assisting with visual merchandising and store layout updates. Communicating fashion and music trends to management and HQ. Maintaining store organization and stockroom organization. Contributing to a collaborative and passionate team environment. Qualifications: At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform physical tasks such as merchandise handling up to 50 pounds. Compensation:
$17 - $19.55 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
