We're seeking a dependable, detail-focused
Executive Assistant
to join our HR team. If you're highly organized, proactive, and take pride in providing administrative support, this could be the right role for you.
As the Executive Assistant to the VP of HR, you will support administrative operations related to HR and all other VP areas of responsibility. From organizing calendars and preparing reports to helping with internal events and compliance documentation, your role keeps the department running smoothly.
What You'll Do Coordinate the VP's calendar, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements Support onboarding, file maintenance, and associate communications Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and departmental materials Assist in coordinating initiatives across the VPs areas of responsibility Organize associate events and assist in planning recognition and engagement activities Maintain confidential files and perform periodic audits for compliance Provide friendly and professional front-line support to associates, visitors, and vendors Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day administrative needs in the HR department Note:

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of administrative support experience; HR or healthcare environment a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize independently, and meet deadlines Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type & Compensation

Full-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Full-Time, On-Site, M-F, 8a-5p Target Pay Range : $45k-$55k dependent on experience Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional tasks in production or clinic areas Benefits:
