EUC/Desktop Engineer
• Lead and mentor the onsite desktop support team to ensure high-quality technical support.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues.
• Manage daily operations including ticket assignment, prioritization, and SLA adherence.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and operating systems.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, and common business applications.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with hardware/software standards.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (network, server, security) for advanced troubleshooting.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance, incident trends, and user satisfaction.
• Create and update documentation for IT procedures, policies, and knowledge base articles.
• Train end-users on new technologies or IT policies as required.
• Participate in or lead IT-related projects including system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
Salary Range- $65,000-$70,000 a year
