Job Responsibilities Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to promote patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living abilities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, holistic care. Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress at home. Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their recovery path. Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited organization. Commitment to ongoing education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications
Active
Licensed Occupational Therapist (L/OTR)
credential. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
