Job Responsibilities Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the whole person. Educate Patients and Families: Provide teaching to patients and their families about therapy strategies, aiding their ongoing recovery efforts at home. Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes for every individual. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and valued. Licenses and Certifications
Current
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
licensure. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required. Key Skills
