Description Conduct evaluations in either inpatient or outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment strategies Implement therapeutic interventions focused on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on therapy objectives, discharge preparation, and at-home exercise routines Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility and regulatory standards Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds and conferences to facilitate coordinated care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications

State licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Specialized credentials (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory Skills

Relevant experience is strongly preferred Ability to work with patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork aptitude Comfort with digital charting and clinical documentation tools Benefits
