Description Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment plans. Implement physical therapy techniques focused on enhancing mobility, building strength, improving balance, and optimizing functional abilities. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to achieve the best patient outcomes. Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and at-home exercise regimens. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility regulations. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to contribute to coordinated care for patients. Education

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited institution. Certifications

Current state licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred Specialty certifications (e.g., geriatric or neurological therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills

Relevant experience is highly preferred. Confidence in treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for clinical documentation. Benefits
