Description Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment strategies Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, balance, and overall functional capabilities Engage collaboratively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes Provide vital education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge considerations, and home workouts Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progression while adhering to facility protocols and regulations Take part in interdisciplinary discussions and care team meetings to ensure synchronized patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications

License to practice as a

Physical Therapist

in the state CPR certification is preferred Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not mandatory Skills

Strongly preferred previous experience in a related role Capability to assist patients with multifaceted medical and mobility needs Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in digital charting and clinical documentation systems Benefits
