Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering to facility guidelines. Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to uphold cohesive care strategies. Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a recognized equivalent from an accredited institution. Certifications
Must hold a valid state license as a
Physical Therapist . CPR certification is highly recommended. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in geriatrics or neurology) are an asset but not necessary. Skills Required
